    Trouble shooting

Tips from our developers to solve the most common issues. If the problem persists, contact us.

    The app isn't syncing

If data isn't syncing after the connection comes back:

    1. Check that your internet connection is active and stable.
    2. Go to Settings → Sync and press "Force sync".
    3. If the problem persists, log out and log back in.
    4. Check that there are no available updates for the app.

    The page isn't loading correctly

If you see a blank screen or missing elements:

    1. Clear your browser cache (Ctrl+Shift+Del on Windows, Cmd+Shift+Del on Mac).
    2. Try opening the app in an incognito/private window.
    3. Disable any browser extensions that might interfere.
    4. If you use Safari, make sure it's updated to the latest version.

    Reports don't show up-to-date data

If statistics or pivot tables don't reflect the latest orders:

    1. Wait a few minutes: reports are updated periodically.
    2. Press the refresh button in the reports bar.
    3. Check that the filters (date, area, customer) are set correctly.
    4. If you're on the Starter plan, reports update every 24 hours.

    Display issues on mobile

If the interface looks distorted or unresponsive:

    1. Rotate the device and return to the original orientation.
    2. Close and reopen the app from your phone's task manager.
    3. Make sure you're using a supported browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox).
    4. Check that your browser zoom is set to 100%.

    Not enough storage space

If you get warnings about available space:

    1. Delete unused catalogs or price lists from the Archive section.
    2. Export and then delete older reports.
    3. If you use the app offline, clear the local cache data from settings.
    4. Contact support for a possible storage extension.

    The app feels generally slow

If Qube feels slow or unresponsive:

    1. Close other browser tabs to free up memory.
    2. Restart your browser or device.
    3. If you work with very large catalogs, try filtering the results.
    4. Check your internet connection speed on speedtest.net.
