Access and login
How to log in to Qube with your credentials and what happens on first launch.
To log in to Qube, enter the username and password provided by Qube support and click Login. If the credentials are wrong, the system shows an error and asks you to re-enter your password.
On the first login of the day, Qube syncs the local database on your device right after login: you'll see an initialization screen before the dashboard appears. This is normal — it's what lets you keep working offline.
There is currently no self-service password recovery inside the app: if you forgot your password, contact Qube support or your agency's administrator.
