Product sheets
How to create and update product sheets, including vintage and format.
Every product is linked to a supplier winery (required field) and a category, and has a short, a long and a document description. You can specify vintage, capacity/format, unit of measure, packaging and quantity per package.
On pricing you can set VAT, an optional markup, and you can indicate weight and availability period for the product, as well as uploading an image.
A few flags control the product's behavior: whether it's sellable, whether it's included in statistics, whether it's subject to withholding tax. There are also up to ten free custom attributes and tags, useful for internal classification.
Besides the list, a Thumbnail view is available showing products as cards with images instead of a table.
- 1Go to Product > Product catalog.
- 2Click New.
- 3Select the relevant supplier winery and the product category.
- 4Enter the descriptions (short, long, document), the vintage and the capacity/format.
- 5Set price, VAT and availability.
- 6Upload a product image.
- 7Save the sheet.
