Price lists and custom terms
How to create a price list, manage prices and apply tiered discounts.
A price list has a name, a description and an active/inactive status, and contains one row per product with: minimum and maximum quantity tiers, price, VAT, and up to five tiered discount levels (from level A to level E).
For each row you can also set a cash discount (a currency rebate) or a free-goods rebate, each with its own description.
From the top toolbar you can filter existing price lists, print them to PDF, or use the Data button to bulk import/export price list rows.
- 1Go to Product > Price lists.
- 2Click New and name the price list (e.g. “Rossi Winery price list 2026”).
- 3Add a row for each product: select the product and set the price and any quantity tiers.
- 4Apply tiered discounts (up to 5 levels) or a cash/goods rebate if applicable.
- 5Save the price list.
- 6Use Filter to find an existing price list, Print to generate its PDF.
