Taking orders
How to build an order from the cart and send it to the supplier.
While browsing the product catalog you can add items to the Cart: rows are automatically grouped by supplier winery, since prices and discounts depend on it.
From the Cart you can review quantity, discounts and packaging for each row before confirming. Clicking Create order generates a separate order for every supplier involved in the cart, which then appears in the Documents module.
Qube also works offline: if you're working without a connection (for example inside a winery cellar), cart rows and orders you create stay saved on your device and sync automatically with the server as soon as the connection is back.
- 1Browse the product catalog and add items to the Cart.
- 2Open the Cart from the menu.
- 3Review quantity, discounts and packaging for each row.
- 4Click Create order: a separate order is generated for each supplier involved.
- 5You'll find the new order under Documents > Orders.
