Dashboard overview
How the main screen is organized and where to find key features.
After logging in you land on the dashboard, a grid of tiles giving quick access to Qube's main areas. The tiles you see depend on your user's permissions: if a module doesn't appear, you don't have access to that area.
At the top you'll find the data sync status (date/time of the last update) and a tile with your appointment calendar.
In the middle you'll find tiles for the main modules — Agents, Customers, Agencies, Producers, Products — and for documents — Orders, Delivery notes, Invoices, Due dates — plus a dedicated warehouse tile.
In the bottom right there's a “+” button to quickly create a new order without going through the menu.
