Order and commission statistics
How to read sales KPIs and export the data.
Order statistics show summaries of quantity, value, number of orders, number of invoices and number of customers, including interactive pivot tables to cross the data however you like.
One important detail: charts and reports only include orders whose reason code has the “in statistics” flag turned on — if a figure seems to be missing from a report, check the reason code used on the order first.
From every main section (customers, products, suppliers, agents, orders...) you can export data to PDF or Excel. Sales network commissions have their own dedicated statistics section, related to but separate from the orders one.
