Linking an agent to agencies and suppliers
How to assign an area, commissions and supplier wineries to an agent.
Every agent has their own area and territory, and an active and passive commission percentage. You can link each agent to one or more agencies they belong to.
For each linked agency, you can then specify which supplier wineries that agent actually handles: this is how you configure who sells what, on whose behalf.
- 1Go to Agents and open the agent's record (or create a new one).
- 2Set area, territory and active/passive commission.
- 3Link the agent to one or more agencies.
- 4For each agency, specify the supplier wineries the agent handles.
- 5Save the record.
